Stalls will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability and approval by the Organising Committee. Additional furniture, electrical supply, audiovisual facilities or decoration shall be arranged by the exhibitor at their own expense with prior approval.

General conditions
Sponsorship is confirmed only after receipt of the full contribution.
Logos and advertisement materials must be submitted within the prescribed deadline.
All publicity materials and exhibition content are subject to approval by the Organising Committee.
Sponsorship benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred without prior approval.
The Organising Committee may modify stall allocation, display position or programme arrangements when required.
Confirmed sponsorship contributions are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
A formal sponsorship proposal, invoice or acknowledgement letter may be requested from the Organising Secretary.
Advertisement positions will be allotted according to availability and order of confirmation. High-resolution PDF, JPEG or PNG artwork suitable for printing must be submitted. The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of the material.
