Registration and Abstract submission

Registration is mandatory for participation in the 18th Veterinary Science Congress 2026 and National Seminar. Only registered participants will be permitted to make oral or poster presentations. Participants should remit the applicable registration fee, complete the online registration form and upload the payment receipt and required documents.

*The registration fee covers one oral or poster presentation. The number of presentations permitted per registered participant is limited to two.

Registration process

1. Remit the applicable registration fee through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI, as applicable.

2. Complete the online registration form.

3. Enter the participant category, amount paid, transaction ID and date of payment correctly.

4. Upload the payment receipt and the required certificates.

5. Upload the abstract in editable Microsoft Word format when presenting a paper.

6. Retain the transaction details and acknowledgement for future correspondence.

Abstract submission

Scientific, research and clinical papers are invited for oral and poster presentations under the seven technical sessions of the Congress. The work must be original and should not have been published or presented in the same form elsewhere in print or electronic media.

Abstract format

The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
Submit the abstract in editable Microsoft Word format.
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font and 1.5-line spacing.
Include the title, authors’ names, institutional affiliations and correspondence details.
Clearly identify the presenting author.
The presenting author must be a registered participant.
Each author may present a maximum of two papers.

Acceptance and full-paper submission

Acceptance of abstracts will be communicated through email and the official Congress website. Authors whose abstracts are accepted must submit the full paper within the prescribed deadline for inclusion in the Congress proceedings or e-compendium.

Only registered participants will be permitted to make oral or poster presentations. The proceedings of the Veterinary Science Congress will be published with an ISSN and made available through the official website. Registered delegates will be entitled to receive a participation certificate, conference kit and e-compendium.

The proceedings of the Science Congress will be published as a compendium with ISSN number and will be uploaded in the Congress website.

The authors of the abstracts accepted for presentation are encouraged to prepare their full papers in the prescribed format.

The full paper must contain ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, MATERIALS & METHODS, RESULTS & DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION and REFERENCES

04/

The name of the full paper word file must contain the Conference Registration number and the Name of the presenting author. For eg: If the conference registration number of a presenting author called John is S17VSC005, the name of the file will be S17VSC005 – John.

05/

The named full paper should be sent from the registered email to ivakvsc2025@gmail.com for including in the compendium.

06/

The last date to receive full papers for publishing in the compendium is 30th September, 2025.

07/

All the delegates registering for the Veterinary Science Congress with or without papers are entitled to get an e- compendium along with the participation certificate.
