Guidelines For The Presentation Of Papers
An author can make only one oral presentation in the Science Congress, provided the abstract is recommended by the review committee for the same, even if he/she might be the author/co-author in more than one paper. The presenting author should essentially be a registered delegate of 17th Veterinary Science Congress.
Oral presentation will be limited to 7 minutes with a maximum of 10 slides only.
Guidelines for E-poster presentations: E-posters prepared as per the sample given below will only be permitted for presentation during the Congress.
Awards & Honors
The best three oral and poster presentations in each technical session of the Veterinary Science Congress will be presented with award certificates, category-wise (Students / Faculty).
- Dr Murugesan Endowment Award containing a Cash Award, Memento and Certificate will be presented to the best oral presentation in Session I (Veterinary Science in Clinical Practice).
- Dr.Bavadasan Memorial Young Scientist Award containing a Cash Award, Memento and Certificate will be presented to the Best Paper of Young Scientist Award session.
- The applicant shall be a registered delegate of 17th Veterinary Science Congress
- The Applicant shall be under 40 years of age as on the closing date of application (15th September, 2025). Scanned copy of 10th standard certificate/Aadhar with DOB shall be submitted as the proof of age.
- The applicant shall be a PhD holder in any of the four clinical disciplines of Veterinary Science (Veterinary Surgery/ Animal Reproduction / Clinical Medicine/ Preventive Medicine).
- Candidates who have finished their PhD final viva voce and awaiting result notification also can apply (proof to be submitted)
- A full length paper of good quality research by the applicant as first author will be screened for a preliminary review.
- The oral presentation of the selected papers before the jury shall not exceed 15 minutes of duration.
