Guidelines
The participation of Industry in the Academia-Industry Meet (VET VISTAS- 2025) on 7th November, 2025 and the two-day National Conference of 17th Veterinary Science Congress from 8th to 9th November, 2025 is through the website.
Registration fee per executive in the absence of sponsorship offers is Rs 5000/-.
A One-time registration is sufficient for the industry participants to attend the connected event of the two-day National Conference of 17th Veterinary Science Congress during 8th- 9th November, 2025.
If the organization wishes to showcase it’s brand profile during the event, separate sponsorship packages are applicable as indicated in the Sponsorship chart.
Complimentary registrations are provided with the sponsorship packages.
Registration fees are waived to the sponsors (Title, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Exhibition and Compliment partners) as indicated in the Sponsorship chart.
The maximum number of registered executives per organization (including the complimentary registrations) is limited to 4.
Sponsorship options in single or in combo are allowed.
The Campus Interviews for placements / internships shall be held on prior booking of the interview rooms at the applicable rates.
The number of participants from Academia expected to attend the Academia- Industry Meet (VET VISTAS- 2025) is 250.
