Author’s Guidelines

• Scientific/Research/Clinical papers are invited for oral/ poster presentations in each of the six technical sessions of the Congress. The research papers must be based on original work of authors, which has not been published / presented in the same form elsewhere in print or electronic media.
• The abstracts should be in editable MS word format, Times New Roman, font size 12pt, 1.5 line spacing and should not exceed 250 words. After online transfer of registration fees, the participants should register and submit abstract details through the google form along with authorship certificate / bonafide certificate / guidance certificate.
• Acceptance of the abstracts will be intimated through website / e-mail only. The authors of the abstracts accepted for oral/poster presentation will have to submit their full papers for including in the Compendium. Number of papers permitted per person is limited to two. An author can make more than one oral/ poster presentation in the science congress, provided an extra registration fee of Rs. 500 /- (Rupees five hundred only) is remitted for each additional abstract.
• Only registered participants are entitled for oral / poster presentation.
• The Proceedings of the Science Congress will be published with ISSN number and will be uploaded in the website. Guidelines for preparation of abstracts and full papers will be available at the website http://www.ivakvsc.org The delegates registering for the Science Congress are entitled to get a certificate, conference kit and e- compendium.
• Postgraduate and undergraduate student delegates should submit a bonafide student and guidance certificate from the Head of the Department or Major Advisor.
• The last date for online registration and abstract submission is 30th September, 2023.
