Prior - Registration Procedures

Before proceeding with online registration, the registration fees must be paid through bank transfer using the NEFT facility. Money can be transferred to SB Account No 67190957188 (State Bank of India, Branch kalpetta, IFSC Code:SBIN0070192) In favor of Organizing Secretary Kerala veterinary Science Congress from any nationalized or scheduled bank having NEFT facility. Applicants may collect the UTR number of NEFT (Transaction ID or reference number) from the bank and specify this while registering online to complete the registration process. A short name of the applicant should also appear in the bank transaction list so as to reconcile the registration. A valid email ID of the registrant is essential for approving the registration. A digital copy of the recent stamp-sized photograph of the participant with file size not exceeding 175 kb may also be uploaded during online registration. Each author can submit a maximum of three abstracts with shortest possible file names during online registration. An individual can also register online without an abstract on paying the prescribed fee. Title of the abstract(s), name of co-authors and the abstract document may be uploaded in suitable format.

Online Registration And Abstract Submission

Scientific/Research/Clinical papers are invited for oral/ poster presentations in each of the five technical sessions (including Under graduate poster session) of the Congress. The research papers must be based on original work of authors, which has not been published / presented in the same form elsewhere in print or electronic media. The abstracts should be in , editable MS word format, Times New Roman, font size 12pt, 1.5 line spacing and should not exceed 250 words. After online transfer of registration fees, the participants should register online through followed by abstract submission through email ( along with authorship certificate / bonafide certificate / guidance certificate. in the mail details like delegate category (type), bank transaction ID and date, amount remitted and the registration number allotted in online registration should also be included Acceptance of the abstracts will be intimated through website / e-mail only. The authors of the abstracts accepted for oral/poster presentation will have to submit their full papers for including in the Congress Compendium. Number of papers permitted per person is limited to three. An author can make only one oral presentation in the science congress, provided the abstract is recommended by the review committee, even if he/she might be author in more than one paper. Registration is mandatory for participation/presentation of papers. Authors who have registered in the congress shall only be entitled for oral/poster presentation. The Proceedings of the Science Congress will be uploaded in the website. Guidelines for preparation of abstracts and full papers are available at the website. The delegates registering for the Science Congress are entitled to get a conference kit and complementary food on the conference days. Postgraduate and undergraduate student delegates shall also submit a bonafide student and / guidance certificate from the Head of the Department or Major Advisor. The last date for online registration and abstract submission is 15th August 2019.

Following check-list may be referred to for effecting successful online registration and abstract submission through email:

  2. A valid Email ID
  3. A digital copy of stamp-sized photograph of ideal size less than 175 kb
  4. Details of the abstract(s) - Title of the abstract(s), name(s) of co-author(s) and the abstract document (s)
  5. A digital copy of duly certified authorship certificate / bonafide student certificate / guidance certificate
  6. Submission of the details (the registration number allotted, name of the delegate, amount paid, Bank transaction number and date) to after online registration.

    Registration fee is to be paid in proportion to the number of submissions per author at the following rates for the various categories of participants as given below.
