Scientific/Research/Clinical papers are invited for oral presentations in each of the six technical sessions of the Congress. The research papers must be based on original work of authors, which has not been published/presented in the same form elsewhere in print or electronic media
The abstracts should be in editable MS word format,Times New Roman, font size 12 point, 1.5 line spacing and should not exceed 250 words. After online transfer of registration fees, the participants should register online through www.ivakvsc.org followed by abstract submission through the link https://forms.gle/7hBy67TDyCNS84TSA or through email email@example.com along with authorship certificate/bonafide certificate/guidance certificate.
In the email, along with the submission of abstracts, details like session number, delegate category (type), bank transaction ID and date, amount remitted and registration number allotted in online registration should be included.
Acceptance of the abstract will be intimated through to website/email only. The authors of the abstracts accepted for oral presentation will have to submit their full papers for including in the compendium. Number of papers permitted per person is limited to three.An author can make one oral presentation in the science congress, provided the abstract is recommended by the review committee, even if he/she might be the author in more than one paper.
Registration is mandatory for participation/presentation of papers. Authors who have registered in the congress shall only be entitled for oral presentation.
The proceedings of the Science Congress will be published with ISSN number and will be uploaded in the website. Guidelines for preparation of abstracts and full papers will be available at the website. The delegates registering for the Science Congress are entitled to get certificate and e- compendium. Post graduate and undergraduate student delegates may submit a bonafide student and guidance certificate from the head of the department or major advisor. The last date of registration and abstract submission is 31st August 2021.

Awards and Honours
Cash prizes and certificates will be given to the best papers of each session. In memory of late Dr. Murugeshan, there will be an endowment prize for best paper in session III (A practitioner's approach to disease conditions)
