Author’s Guidelines

  • Scientific/Research/Clinical papers are invited for oral/poster presentations in each of the six technical sessions of the Congress. The research papers must be based on original work of authors, which has not been published/presented in the same form elsewhere in print or electronic media.
  • The abstracts should be in editable MS word format, Times New Roman, font size 12 point, 1.5 line spacing and should not exceed 250 words. After online transfer of registration fees, the participants should register and submit abstract through the google form along with authorship certificate/bonafide certificate/guidance certificate.
  • Acceptance of the abstract will be intimated through to website/email only. The authors of the abstracts accepted for oral presentation will have to submit their full papers for including in the compendium. Number of papers permitted per person is limited to two. An author can make one oral presentation in the science congress, provided the abstract is recommended by the review committee, even if he/she might be the author in more than one paper.
  • Only registered participants are entitled to present the papers.
  • The proceedings of the Science Congress will be published with ISSN number and will be uploaded in the website. Guidelines for preparation of abstracts and full papers will be available at the website - The delegates registering for the Science Congress are entitled to get certificate and e- compendium.
  • Post graduate student delegates may submit a bonafide student and guidance certificate from the head of the department or major advisor.
  • The last date of registration and abstract submission is 24th October, 2022.

Checklist for submitting abstract

  • Online amount transfer of registration based on category
  • Abstract and scanned copy of relevant certificate (Authorship, bonafide student and guidance certificates) may be submitted through the link or may be sent through email (referring name of the registered author, category you belong, amount transferred, transaction ID and date of transaction).

Awards and Honours

Mementos and certificates will be given to the best papers and posters of each session. In memory of late Dr. Murugeshan, there will be an endowment prize for best paper in session III (A practitioner's approach to disease conditions).
