Guidelines For The Contributors

Scientific/Research/Clinical papers are invited for oral/ poster presentations in each of the five technical sessions (including Under graduate poster session) of the Congress. The research papers must be based on original work of authors, which has not been published / presented in the same form elsewhere in print or electronic media. The abstracts should be in , editable MS word format, Times New Roman, font size 12pt, 1.5 line spacing and should not exceed 250 words. After online transfer of registration fees, the participants should register online through followed by abstract submission through email ( along with authorship certificate / bonafide certificate / guidance certificate. in the mail details like delegate category (type), bank transaction ID and date, amount remitted and the registration number allotted in online registration should also be included Acceptance of the abstracts will be intimated through website / e-mail only. The authors of the abstracts accepted for oral/poster presentation will have to submit their full papers for including in the Congress Compendium. Number of papers permitted per person is limited to three. An author can make only one oral presentation in the science congress, provided the abstract is recommended by the review committee, even if he/she might be author in more than one paper. Registration is mandatory for participation/presentation of papers. Authors who have registered in the congress shall only be entitled for oral/poster presentation. The Proceedings of the Science Congress will be uploaded in the website. Guidelines for preparation of abstracts and full papers are available at the website. The delegates registering for the Science Congress are entitled to get a conference kit and complementary food on the conference days. Postgraduate and undergraduate student delegates shall also submit a bonafide student and / guidance certificate from the Head of the Department or Major Advisor. The last date for online registration and abstract submission is 15th August 2019.

Checklist for submitting abstract

  1. Online amount transfer for registration based on category
  2. Online registration (using above amount transaction ID) through website (you will be provided with registration number in your valid e-mail provided by you during registration)
  3. Abstract & scanned copy of relevant certificates (Authorship, bonafied student and guidance certificates) may be sent through e mail (referring name of the registered author, category you belong, registration number allotted to you, amount transferred, Transaction ID and date of transaction)

After communication of acceptance

  • Submit Full paper (email- referring registration number)

Full paper: The authors of the abstracts, on remittance of the registration fee, will be sent confirmatory mail regarding the acceptance of abstract. They will be requested to submit the papers in full for including in the Congress compendium.

The full paper should be typed in editable MS word format, Times New Roman, font size 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing. It should be divided into Abstract (not exceeding 250 words), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Summary and References (not exceeding 15) and the paper should not exceed 4 printed pages. The authors must submit their full papers to before the last date for full paper submission to get them included in the compendium.

The title of the full paper should be bold, 14 point, Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing and the first letter of each important word capitalized. This should be followed by names of authors (with presenting author’s name underlined) in 12 point, Times New Roman and 1.5 spacing. The full address of the institution to which the corresponding author is affiliated also should be indicated.

Poster presentation: Posters of vinyl /cloth/ glossy paper material may be prepared for presentation at the specified sessions of the Congress by the registered candidates.

  • The posters should be of 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (Vertical Height)) size.
  • The letter size should be 20 mm (Font size 80 pts) for headings, 15 mm (Font size 60 pts.) for author and affiliation and 10 mm (Font size 40 pts.) for body text.
  • Text should be organized into sections such as Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion.
  • The matter should be brief with liberal illustrations – graphs, pictures and photographs.
